Heat rash is also known as prickly heat. It is not only affecting children but equally affecting adults because of the extremely hot weather. It occurs when the sweat ducts present beneath your skin get clogged and you encounter sudden heat. It will make your skin burn out and may also cause severe itching. The severity of the symptoms depends on the sensitivity of the skin.

If you are living in an extremely hot region, then preventing yourself from heat rash is quite challenging. Always wear light-colored and lightweight clothes. This will absorb less heat from the surroundings and will keep the temperature of your body a little lower. 

Stay closest to the air conditions.

Bath or shower in medium temperature water. Try not to use the towel and let your skin dry with air.
