Heat rash is the burning sensation of the skin for the time being. In the preliminary times, it appears to be less damaging and only affects the upper outer surface of the skin. But as time passes, the damage keeps on affecting the internal layers of the skin; then the time comes when your skin becomes excessively prone and vulnerable to heat rash. Even a slight heat or a mere increase in temperature can cause inflammation on your skin.

Neem or eucalyptus leaves have a natural cooling effect which soothes heat rash effectively. They also have an anti-inflammatory effect to reduce inflammation caused by heat rash. Neem is an effective natural remedy not only for heat rash but is also good for treating symptoms of moderate to severe heat rash.

Compress the skin with neem leaves:

Slightly compressing the affected area with neem leaves can help to reduce inflammation. It is effective as no medicine is being used in this and this is also a highly approachable method in case of emergency.
