Hot and dry weather can be the main cause of many hair problems. It might damage your scalp and may cause hair fall too. When our scalp sweats the roots of the hair become soft and promote hair fall as hot weather cannot be changed or you can’t shift your living place just for the sake of your hair. So you need to take extra care of your hair during summer. To protect your hair from heat waves, you need to hydrate your scalp more often. As the sweat washes away the essential salts so the hydration is a must-done thing.

Hydration helps your skin to recover and maintain the normal salt and water concentration in your scalp skin. Hydration of the scalp can be done in the following mentioned ways:

  1. With the help of nourishing oil
  2. With the help of a hydration hair mask 

Use of nourishing oil:

Argan oil is the best-known hair nourishing oil and is famous for many of its uses. Apply a few drops of argan oil to your scalp and massage it well. It will help you to relax and will also nourish your scalp. Especially apply this oil after swimming to help your scalp to regain its moisture that is lost during swimming.    

Use of hydration hair mask:

Consider a weekly hair mask application to prevent dry ends. Applying a hair mask weekly will prevent your hair from the damage caused by sun exposure and also reverse the effects of the sun.
